Customer Service

Customer service representatives are available to answer your questions from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm U.S. central time, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Information

All orders for in stock merchandise that are placed before 12:00PM central time will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt from Minneapolis, MN (USA). Orders placed after 12:00PM central time will be considered an order for the next business day.

If you require next day shipping, please choose it from the dropdown on the shipping information page. Orders need to be placed by 12:00 pm central time to be available for delivery when using next day services.

Larger orders: if you want to order more of an item than the quantity available, please enter the amount you wish to receive. Also include a note in the general comments box or call the customer service number listed above.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns

When assistance is required for returns, please contact customer service.

In Stock Items

All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original invoice date if a valid return authorization is provided by a customer service representative. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all unused stock items and credit will be applied to the correct credit card.

Custom Order Items

No returns will be accepted for Custom Order products. These items are made on demand and are not stocked by BIG. All sales are final at the time of order submission.

To add items to an order that hasn’t shipped yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Medtronic Support: Email [email protected]
  1. If your order hasn’t shipped, the support team will provide you with two options:
    • Option 1: Call us with your credit card information for the additional items (note that extra shipping charges may apply).
    • Option 2: Place a new order online for all the items you want, and we can cancel your original order.

Please note: For security reasons, we cannot access your credit card information or manually edit your order without choosing one of these options.
